Right to Working in Australia Policy
Valley Temps believes in providing employment opportunities for individuals who have the lawful right to work in Australia. It is a condition of employment you have the appropriate approval to undertake employment inn Australia before accepting employment of any nature.
On registration with Valley Temps, you provide us with authority to verify your work status with the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA).

Valley Temps takes no responsibility for false, misleading inaccurate information provided by candidates regarding their Australian work rights. If youa re successful in gaining an interview with Valley Temps, you must disclose all details of your work rights status and limitations and provide supporting documentation such as a valid passport and visa stamp.
Occupational Health & Safety Policy
Valley Temps is committed to the proper management of occupational health, safety and welfare and provides a work environment that is safe and without risks to health.
Valley Temps expects its personnel, clients and associates to take care of their own and others health and safety, and to regard accident prevention as an individual and team responsibility.
In the event of a work related injury, we will take all necessary measures to assess the situation and ensure it doesn't happen again. Assistance is provided to employees that cannot work due to a work related injury and rehabilitation is provided so the worker can return to the workforce as soon as practicable.
Our return to work program is such that:
- Return to work is encouraged quickly after an injury dependant on medical advice
- Rehabilitation services begin as soon as necessary
- Modified duties will form part of the individual’s return to work plan in conjunction with the medical practitioner
- Communication with the employee is critical, and confidentiality of their information during recovery etc will be maintained
